Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 July 2026

SwimScore is operated by Yevhenii Rozov, a sole trader based in Warsaw, Poland. This page explains what personal data is collected through swimscore.org and through our email outreach, why, and what you can do about it.

Because the operator is established in the European Union, the GDPR applies to all of this processing, including where the people concerned are outside the EU.

Want your data removed? Email hello@getswimgrow.com with the school name or email address. We remove it from the directory, our mailing lists and our internal files, and we confirm when it is done. No explanation needed.

1. Who is responsible

Data controller: Yevhenii Rozov, Warsaw, Poland.
Contact: hello@getswimgrow.com

2. The swim school directory

SwimScore publishes an automated quality score for publicly listed swim schools. For each school we hold the business name, town, region, public website address, and an automated assessment of that website, loading speed, mobile behaviour, whether prices and schedules are visible, whether online booking exists, and similar technical checks.

This information is gathered from publicly accessible sources: the school's own website, its public Google Business Profile and its public social pages. We do not use private databases, purchased lists, or leaked data.

Most of this is information about a business rather than an identifiable person. Where a business name contains an individual's name, or a small school is run by one person, it may also be personal data. In those cases the legal basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), operating a public directory of business website quality. A record of our balancing assessment is kept and available on request.

We do not publish email addresses or phone numbers in the directory.

3. Email we send to swim schools

We contact swim school operators at their published business email address about website, booking and payment services relevant to their trade. The legal basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): a business-to-business offer directly related to the recipient's professional activity, sent at low volume, with a plainly stated way to stop it.

Every message contains a postal address and a one-line instruction for opting out. Replying to say no is enough, you do not need to click anything or fill in a form. We act on it within 10 business days and keep a permanent suppression record so you are not contacted again.

We do not use open tracking or link tracking in our outreach. We do not know whether you opened a message or clicked a link.

4. This website

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (G-RVST6QW361) to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies and processes IP addresses. Data is handled by Google under its own terms.

Visitor identification

This site runs RB2B (loaded via r2.leadsy.ai, identifier 1f3wWtU3S8oI1ffwt), a service that attempts to identify individual visitors to the site and reports matches to our outreach tool. This is person-level identification, not just company-level, and it operates without you entering anything. The provider states that it matches United States visitors only.

You can block it with any standard tracker-blocking extension or browser setting. If you believe you have been identified this way and want the record deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Contact form

If you request a score for your school, we collect the email address, school name and website you enter. The form is delivered by FormSubmit, which passes the message to our inbox. We use it only to reply and to produce the score you asked for. Legal basis: consent, you chose to submit it.

These providers act on our behalf. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard in each provider's terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

6. How long we keep things

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict how we use it; or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests, including our outreach, and we will stop.

Email hello@getswimgrow.com. We reply within 30 days, usually far sooner, and there is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you may complain to your national data protection authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Children

SwimScore is aimed at swim school operators. We do not knowingly collect data about children. The directory holds information about businesses, not about pupils or their families.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top. Substantive changes will be noted here rather than made silently.
